AF to launch narrative performance statements for award nominations

The Air Force will transition from bullet-style writing to narrative-style performance statements for award nominations, effective Oct. 1, 2022. The performance statements will include all Air Force and installation-level nominations except for Department of the Air Force-level awards already announced as bullet-style inside the award criteria.
