655th welcomes fall with chili cookoff

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio --  Capt. James Spindler, 64th Intelligence Squadron, is the winner of the 2016 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Group Chili Cook-Off at the USO here Nov. 19, 2016. The captain received his apron award from Col. John D. McKaye, 655th ISRG commander (left) and Col. Lonnie Garris, III, 655th ISRG deputy commander. Capt.
