WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - 445th Airlift Wing Command Chief Master Sgt. Peri Rogowski “coins” a Cub Scout after accepting a donation of personal care items collected by the Scouts of Pack 842 for the residents of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio, Dec. 5. The Scouts, from Lebanon, Ohio, collected the items from neighbors as a community outreach project. The wing delivered the items, along with other personal care items donated by members of the wing, to the residents later that morning. After being coined by the Command Chief and receiving a huge “thank-you” from the 445th AW commander, Col. Stephen Goeman, the Scouts were treated to a visit on the flight line and toured a C-5 Galaxy. (U.S. Air Force photo/Captain Rodney McNany)
