WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – The early morning sunrise and background fog highlights a 445th Airlift Wing C-17 Globemaster III sitting on the ramp at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio Oct. 6, 2015.
