Col. Jennifer L. Mulder is the Commander, 655th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As the Commander, he is responsible for organizing, training, and equipping a team of more than 1,100 Air Force Reserve personnel, providing timely, relevant intelligence to inform Air Force, Joint, and National-Level operators, and decision-makers.
