The 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing, headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio, provides a comprehensive set of ISR capabilities for Air Combat Command, the National Air and Space Intelligence Center and Air Force Material Command. Established Sept. 20, 2018, the 655th ISRW is the only ISR wing in Air Force Reserve Command.

Force Structure: The 655th ISRW is comprised of more than 1,100 military and civilian personnel, including Active Guard and Reserve, Air Reserve Technicians, and Traditional Reservists. The Wing, under the command of 10th Air Force, consists of two groups and 14 squadrons across seven states conducting 10 intelligence missions.
