Wing Staff Agencies and Medical Squadrons

 

Several Wing Staff Agencies and two medical squadrons – the 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron and the 445th Aeromedical Staging Squadron – fall directly under the 445th Airlift Wing.

445th AMDS
