445th Operations Group

 

The 445th Operations Group is comprised of three squadrons – the 89th Airlift Squadron, the 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and the 445th Operations Support Squadron.

 

89th AS

Delivers personnel and cargo anywhere in the world and conducts aeromedical and airlift missions for distinguished visitors.

 


 

445th OSS

Schedules C-17 ops; manages flying hours; and provides training and support to include water survival, life support equipment, combat tactics, crew communications and intelligence.


 

445th AES

Provides in-flight medical care aboard mission directed aircraft. Teams carry all necessary equipment to turn the aircraft into a flying ambulance.
