Colonel BRIAN C. BROOKS

Col. Brian C. Brooks is the Commander of the 755th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. He coordinates the operations for seven squadrons within the mission sets of Distributed Common Ground System, targeting and special operations.

Colonel Brooks graduated from the University of Delaware and commissioned in 2002 through the Officer Training Program at Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. He completed 10 years of active duty, five as an enlisted Marine and five as an Air Force officer. Colonel Brooks served with Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) for nine years in which he deployed multiple times to Central Command, serving as an analyst, collection manager and Director of the J2 Intelligence Directorate. In 2007, he transferred to the Air Force Reserve as an Air Reserve Technician supporting the 919th Special Operations Wing. During his career, Colonel Brooks deployed eleven times in support of Operations Joint Forge, Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Prior to his current position, the colonel was the Chief of Operations for the 755th ISR Group at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
