Hobbies Spending time with my kids and family, cleaning my house, yard work, shopping and exercise What do you like about working at the 445th? The most important reason I like working at the 445th and the Air Force Reserve is being able to meet new people with diverse and interesting backgrounds. I like learning new things and being able to share my previous experiences with others. Why did you join the Air Force? I joined the Air Force because I wanted to travel and explore different cultures. I know that there is more in life than just being in Dayton. I wanted to visit other parts of the country, the world and to become a better person. Being in the military and the experience of being deployed, made me appreciate and respect all of the sacrifices of being in the armed forces. I am proud to serve, and I take pride in wearing the uniform and being a representative of the U.S. Air Force.
