WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Master Sgt. Mark Lyle, Superintendent of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Honor Guard program, was selected as one of the 2012 Outstanding NCOs of the Year by the Armed Forces Community Relations Council of Central and Southern Ohio. The announcement was made during the annual Military/Veterans Educational Foundation sponsored Armed Forces Day luncheon May 18.

MilVets sponsors an annual Armed Forces Day Luncheon to honor service men and women currently serving, as well as those who have served in the military. During the event, members of the military are honored for their outstanding service.
