Maj. Alexander Bingcang, 445th Aeromedical Staging Squadron, diagnosis “patients” during a combined training event Aug. 3, 2019. Reserve Citizen Airmen from the ASTS, 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and 89th Airlift Squadron participated in a combined training effort during their August UTA weekend. The members provided medical care for notional patients, loaded the patients onto a bus and transported them onto a C-17 Globemaster III. Medical personnel then provided care inflight. After the flight, the Airmen executed unloading procedures once they returned to home station. The training not only allows the Airmen to utilize their career skills but also to work alongside other members of the wing. The participants are coached through the entire event to make sure they know what they can improve on and also what they have executed with stellar capability. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt.
