445th conducts Total Force combat search, rescue training

Airmen from the 445th Airlift Wing’s 89th Airlift Squadron and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base’s 375th Air Evacuation Training Squadron participated in combat search and rescue training Oct. 4, 2020 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The training was conducted by the 445th Operations Support Squadron. Staff Sgt. Nathan Pritchard, 445th OSS survival, evasion, resistance and escape specialist, led the training. Airmen from the 445th Security Forces Squadron acted as opposing forces during the training.

Aircrew are required to have refresher training every three years to keep up-to-date on all new equipment and procedures they may face.
