What do you like about working at the 445th?

Coming right from technical school to the unit, I was warmly welcomed by everyone. They made sure I knew my job well and helped me get out of my comfort zone. I feel that I am working with people who I can learn from and they will push me to take on new opportunities. I feel respected and valued for what I bring to the team.

Why did you join the Air Force?

Immigrating from a country that had no job opportunities to the United States, my dad always felt like giving back to America for all the opportunities he got. He wanted to join the military but due to personal reasons, he couldn’t. I joined for my dad so he can also vicariously walk this journey with me. College was bonus points for me to join.
