Rank/Name: Tech. Sgt. Alexandria Fearon

Unit: 445th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

Duty Title: Integrated Avionics Technician

Hometown: Warren, Pennsylvania

Civilian Job: Air Reserve Technician

Education: Associate degree in aircraft maintenance technology

Hobbies: My husband and I enjoy exploring the state in our airplane, hiking around with our dogs and camping.

Career Goal: Ultimately, I want to be a good mentor and supervisor. I have learned so much through all my units (one active duty, two Guard and two Reserve) and I want to share the knowledge and help pave the way for future generation.

What do you like about working at the 445th? This is my fifth unit and I have really enjoyed being here. Everyone has been very welcoming, and I have been able to learn so much. Learning from everyone with the prospect of becoming a flying crew chief has been so exciting.

Why did you join the Air Force? Originally, I just wanted to get out of my hometown so I joined the active duty Air Force. I decided to remain in the Guard/Reserve because I loved it. I love feeling like I contribute to a mission that is so much bigger than me. I love getting to help new Airmen find their way and I love the opportunities I have gotten, and the adventures in front of me.
