Col. Edward Hale, 445th Maintenance Group commander, passes the guidon to incoming 445th Maintenance Squadron commander, Maj. Joshua Coffman, during the squadron’s change of command ceremony Aug. 4, 2024. Coffman assumed command from Lt. Col. Bjorn Langefeld.
