Job swap allows 445th reservists the opportunity to learn what other units do in the wing and how everyone plays a key role in the wing's overall mission During the FSS job swap, reservists visited the 445th Services Sustainment Flight where they learned about mortuary affairs and how to set up a field kitchen. They were given the opportunity to sample field kitchen food and participate in a taste test of Meals, Ready to Eat. The group also visited the personnel section, receiving information about the various functions, such as customer service, family readiness, career advisor and force management. Another visit took the participants to the 445th Communications Element. Here, the group learned the role and function of COMM and were walked through the steps on how to clear a computer help desk ticket. Job swaps are held during unit training assemblies. This is the fourth one offered this year.
