WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- The 445th Airlift Wing had 11 reservists selected for promotion under the Stripes for Exceptional Performers program. The selection board convened at the Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center July 22, 2016. The results were announced August 15. Effective date of promotion is October 1, 2016.
