More than 20 Airmen registered to donate blood for the Armed Services Blood Program May 6, 2019, at the 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, Wright-Patterson AFB. The Armed Services Blood Program (ASBP) provides quality blood products for service members, veterans and their families in both peace and war. 445th AMDS supports AF Academy field training

Nineteen members of the 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron spent a two-week annual tour providing real-world medical support to the 10th Medical Group’s Cadet Clinic in a remote area at the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Medical care included preventive medicine, medical evaluation, stabilization of injured cadets and transportation to the triage tent as needed.
