WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio –Alora Penner, daughter of Master Sgt. Kerry Penner, 445th Maintenance Group quality assurance inspector, crosses the finish line, winning first place in the women’s category in the 445th Airlift Wing Combined Federal Campaign 5K run Nov. 4.
