910th escorts boss lift to Wright-Patt

YOUNGSTOWN AIR RESERVE STATION, Ohio—U.S. Air Force Reserve Colonel Mike Major, vice commander of the 445th Airlift Wing, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio, demonstrates capabilities of the C-17 military cargo aircraft during an ESGR funded Boss Lift from Youngstown Air Reserve Station, Ohio, to WPAFB. ESGR Boss Lifts are intended to provide employers the opportunity to experience and observe the work and mission of Guard and Reserve forces, building advocacy for Reservists and Guardsmen who deploy or require time away from civilian jobs for military duty. Employers are transported, via military aircraft or watercraft, to military facilities where they observe Guard and Reserve members on duty. U.S. Air Force photo by Mr. Eric M. White
