AFSO 21 training in full swing at the 445th AW

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Chief Master Sgt. Peri Rogowski, 445th Airlift Wing command chief, provides her input on one of the many topics brought up during the wing’s Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century (AFSO 21) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt facilitator training May 9. The purpose of the training is to develop individuals to lead process improvements and teach participants to effectively use tools like Six Sigma, which is a method to eliminate variation and standardize a process and lean initiatives designed to eliminate waste or non-value added steps from a process.
