WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Master Sgt. Linda Thrasher, 445th Force Support Squadron, assistant chief of education and training, is congratulated by Rear Admiral Joseph R. Castillo, commander, Coast Guard Eleventh District, after graduating from the U.S. Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Academy Sept. 16.
