WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Gen. Raymond E. Johns, Jr., commander, Air Mobility Command, is presented a "jack in the box" by Staff Sgt. Eric Whiteaker, 445th Maintenance Squadron aircraft metal technician, during the general's visit to the wing Aug. 6. Whiteaker used a milling machine to make the device.
