445th AW donates school supplies, clothing for children
WRIGHT-PATTERON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Representing the 445th Airlift Wing Human Resources Development Council, Master Sgt. Anthony Johns, 445th Operations Support Squadron first sergeant, transfers 778 items of donated school supplies and clothing donated by the Wing Aug. 10 for the school aged children in the American Indian/Alaska Native Program. In conjunction with Wright-Patterson Air Force Base efforts in partnership with the Miami Valley Council for Native Americans and Sunwatch Village, the collected items will go to the children of the Rosebud, Crow Creek, Cheyenne River, Standing Rock, and Sisseton-Wahpeton Reservations in South Dakota.
