445th Civil Engineer Squadron participates in New Horizons training event
COMMEWIJNE, SURINAME - Staff Sgt. Tony Phillips, 445th Civil Engineer Squadron, places a ceiling tile in the rafter of the clinic in the Surinamese district of Commewijne, July 27, 2011, as part of the New Horizons training exercise. New Horizons is a cooperative humanitarian training exercise between the Suriname government and the United States Southern Command with the goal of helping to improve the quality of life for the people of Suriname.
