WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – 2nd Lt. William Sikes and Tech. Sgt. Tamella Hill, both from the 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, transport a patient litter to an awaiting aircraft during an AES training flight April 21.
