445th AW Quarterly Award winners
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Senior Master Sgt. Michael West is the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the quarter. He is assigned to the 445th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. Sergeant West's experience scheduling of repair actions resulted in a net flying hour gain of 187.7 for more than two months. He authored the AMXS production supervisor continuity book and improved the performance and consistency of production supervisors. He serves as coach for his community elementary baseball and basketball teams, and volunteers with a Cub Scout troop.
