Cub Scouts visit the 445th Airlift Wing
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Cub Scouts from Pack 842, Lebanon, Ohio, donated personal items for the residents of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio, Dec. 5. The Scouts collected the items from neighbors as a community outreach project. The wing delivered the items, along with other personal care items donated by members of the wing, to the residents later that morning. The Scouts were coined by the 445th Airlift Wing Command Chief Master Sgt. Peri Rogowski and received a huge “thank-you” from the 445th AW commander, Col. Stephen Goeman. They were then treated to a visit on the flight line and toured a C-5 Galaxy. (U.S. Air Force photo/Captain Rodney McNany)
