A nice morning for a FOD walk
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – More than 130 reservists and civilians from the 445th Airlift Wing participated in the bi-monthly foreign object debris (FOD) walk Oct. 28. FOD on the flightline could be ingested and severely damage aircraft engines. More than four pounds of FOD was collected, which equates to several thousand small stones. (U. S.
