445th Airlift Wing holds 9/11 remembrance service
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Chaplain (Maj.) William Dickens, Jr., Senior Chaplain, 445th Airlift Wing, says a prayer during a Sept. 11 remembrance service with members of the wing Sept. 11 at the flagpole outside the wing headquarters building.
