Members of the 445th Maintenance Squadron render their first salute to the new squadron commander Maj. Jay M. Smeltzer during a Change of Command Ceremony on August 3, 2008 at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Lt. Col. Michael E. Clark relinquished command of the 445th Maintenance Squadron to Maj. Jay M. Smeltzer.
