WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Lt. Col. Dale Bateman, 445th Mission Support Group commander, serves Airmen during the March 8, 2014 lunch hour at the Pitsenbarger Dining Facility here. Bateman was taking part in the “Serve It Up Initiative.” The project helps boost morale and gives the commanders and first sergeants a chance to sport their new chef's coats.
