445 FSS Services Flight helping the hungry
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Ten 445th Force Support Squadron Services Flight reservists assembled 1,200 rice meal packets March 9 at the Christian Life Center, Dayton, Ohio, as part of the Hands Against Hunger volunteer event. Over a four-day period, volunteers from the local area assembled 600,000 meal packets for distribution. The items will be shipped to Zambia and Swaziland for distribution to orphaned children.
