WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Tech. Sgt. Alexandra Holmes, 445th Services Sustainment Flight and ServSafe (National Restaurant Association food handler program) instructor came up with innovative and fun ways to conduct the Food Handler Training for her unit during the Feb. 9 unit training assembly.
