445 AES conducts medical training
WRIGHT-PATTERON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Capt. Tyler Altier, 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, flight nurse, helps break down stanchions onboard a 445th Airlift Wing C-17 Globemaster III upon landing after a local training flight Nov. 16. AES flies local missions, cross-country missions, and operational missions. In a four-month rotation, Airmen fly approximately 25-100 missions, as well as supporting static missions to demonstrate their jobs to groups such as Scouts and civic leaders.
