Gary Fernandez, left, a member of the Ohio Air National Guard learns how to properly chain and secure a vehicle on a 445th Airlift Wing C-17 Globemaster III at the Toledo Express Airport Sept. 6, 2014. Sixteen loadmasters from the 89th Airlift Squadron were training Army Reserve and Air National Guard members on the art of loading the transport aircraft.
