WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio – Lt. Col. Jeffrey Ciesla, 89th Airlift Squadron C–17 Globemaster III pilot, briefs civic leaders from the Dyess Air Force Base, Texas area on the role of the C-17 during their visit to the 445th Airlift Wing Aug. 21, 2015. The civic leader group made a stop at Wright-Patterson AFB to tour the base and the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force during their visit here Aug. 20-21.
