445 ASTS CCATT team wows air show spectators
DAYTON, Ohio – 445th Aeromedical Staging Squadron’s Critical Care Air Transport Team Airmen Capt. Ron Round, critical care nurse, and Staff Sgt. Samuel Collier, respiratory therapist, answer questions from an air show attendee about their role in the Air Force Reserve. More than 40,000 attendees of the 41st Annual Vectren Dayton Air Show June 20 to 21, 2015 had the opportunity to visit with five 445th Airlift Wing Airmen assigned to the 445th ASTS CCATT. The Airmen set up a static display onboard a 445th AW C-17 Globemaster III. Air show attendees were allowed to interact with the Airmen and learn about the various equipment the team uses on a day-to-day basis plus understand the role of those assigned to the CCATT.
