445 AES trains for wounded warrior care and transport

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio—Maj. Shari Ellis, a flight nurse with the 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, trains squadron members on the use of electrical cables during the Nov. 15, 2015 unit training assembly. Ellis and other member of the squadron were undergoing “Hands-on Equipment Review” with medical and other equipment used by the technicians and nurses during medical evacuation missions. The training is an annual requirement for the flyers and helps them refresh on safety while using the equipment in flight. (U.S. Air Force photo/Tech. Sgt. Frank Oliver)
