Flu season around the corner
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Staff Sgt. Sydney Winnenberg, aerospace medical technician with the 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron, administers the flu shot to Senior Airman Michael Briggs, community services journeyman with the 445th Force Support Squadron Sustainment Services Flight, during the Oct. 4, 2015 unit training assembly. The wing provided immunizations to 445th Airlift Wing reservists that day in preparation for the upcoming flu season, which most commonly peaks in the United States in the months of January or February.
