445 AW hosts Dayton public schools outreach event
Staff Sgt. Christopher Bock-Bacalao, 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron medical technician, watches over students from Thurgood Marshall and Meadowdale High Schools as they practice suturing by using a banana during the Dayton public schools outreach event the 445th Airlift Wing hosted Oct. 20, 2017. More than 70 students from both schools attended. The students participated in demonstrations by the 445th Security Forces, 445th Civil Engineer, 445th Aerospace Medicine and 445th Operations Support Squadrons. They also toured a C-17 Globemaster III with Airmen from the 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and 89th Airlift Squadron on board. (U.S. Air Force photo/Lt. Col. Cynthia Harris)
