Air Force Reserve Command activates its first ISR Wing
Col. John D. McKaye, 655th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing provisional commander, passes the guidon to Col. Joshua C. Redden, 755th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group commander, during the 755th ISRG activation ceremony here Oct. 20, 2018.
