Master Sgt. Shawn McKellop, 445th Airlift Wing Honor Guard member, lays a wreath of the base of the Maj. LeRoy W. Homer, Jr. Operations Building, Sept. 11, 2019, during a Patriot Day ceremony. Maj. LeRoy Homer was the First Officer on United Airlines Flight 93 that crashed in Shanksville, Pa. at 10:03 a.m. Sept. 11, 2001.
