445th FSS participates in Tactical “Paws”
Members of the 445th Force Support Squadron construct vision boards of goals they would like to accomplish within the next year as part of their tactical pause day Nov. 3, 2019. The vision board has tasks and images that the individual member holds dear or finds important. The vision board serves as a visual reminder of the member’s goals and aspirations to help keep them focused on positive things. Having a goal to strive for promotes resiliency and highlights reasons to live personal to the member.
