445th FSS participates in Tactical “Paws”
Master Sgts. Daniel Lewis and Sierra Williams create vision boards during the 445th Force Support Squadron Tactical Pause Day Nov. 3, 2019. The vision board has tasks and images that the individual member holds dear or finds important. The vision board serves as a visual reminder of the member’s goals and aspirations to help keep them focused on positive things. Having a goal to strive for promotes resiliency and highlights reasons to live personal to the member.
