655th ISR Wing NCOs earn commissions, accept new opportunities to lead within wing
(Then) Officer Trainee Samuel Vasquez, 63rd Intelligence Squadron, affirms the Oath of Office, administered virtually by his former 63rd IS colleague, 2nd Lt. Christopher Ramirez, 71st Intelligence Squadron. Vasquez will continue to serve at the 42nd Intelligence Squadron. Ramirez and Vasquez were each selected for a chance to commission during the 655 ISRW’s Non-Extended Active Duty Airmen Commissioning Program boards of 2018 and 2019, and are now leading elsewhere within the 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing.
