Maj. Gen. von Hoffman visits with 445th Airlift Wing Airmen

Tech. Sgt. Candra Fisher, 445th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft maintenance technician and equipment custodian for the 445th AMXS tool room, talks to Maj. Gen. C. McCauley von Hoffman, Director of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection and Nuclear Integration, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command about her Custodian Authorization Custody Receipt Listing (CA/CRL) account, issues with getting equipment in and the unit’s Getacs (fully rugged laptop used as the standard mobile device for munitions management) and the problems they have been experiencing with them. While at the wing, the general received an overview briefing from both the 445th Mission Support Group and 445th Maintenance Group, she met with 21X officers during a senior leader perspective discussion, had lunch with both 445th MXG and MSG leadership and toured various maintenance facilities. Five Airmen, two from MSG and three from MXG, were coined by the general for being their group’s outstanding performer.
