Resiliency integrator first sergeants work to combat suicide, boost mental and family readiness
In May 2024, first sergeants from across the 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Wing gathered at Beale Air Force Base, Calif., to participate in the 655th ISR Wing First Seargeant Fly Away event. The event included Master Sgt. RaShawn Williams, wing resiliency integrator first sergeant (third from the right), and gathered all of the Wing’s First Sergeant’s to focus on professional development, community outreach, and connection amongst the geographically separate units.
