Telework options and guidelines for the Air Force Reserve civilians
As COVID-19 response and mitigation drives work force decisions, Air Force Reserve leadership is getting information out as quickly as possible to its supervisors and employees on civilian telework guidance. Telework is an option commanders may consider when making work force decisions in the current emerging environment. This article serves solely as a resource when considering telework, should the need arise.

445th Maintenance Group conducts mega training, saves valuable time
The 445th Maintenance Group conducted mass training during the Feb. 9, 2020 unit training assembly at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The MXG, comprised of both the 445th Maintenance and 445th Aircraft Maintenance Squadrons, is responsible for maintaining the operational capability of the nine C-17 Globemaster III aircraft belonging to the wing.

Continuous process improvement key to 14 IS continued success
Each winter, the 14th Intelligence Squadron has an annual tradition of reviewing and updating goals for the calendar year. Led by Lt. Col. Ben Smallwood, 14 IS commander, the squadron carried out this tradition once again in January 2019 and added an entirely new goal: to execute one official Continuous Process Improvement event that year.

Lt. Gen. Richard Scobee, Air Force Reserve Command commander and chief of the Air Force Reserve, has approved an indoor alternative to the 1.5 mile run physical fitness assessment for Reserve Citizen Airmen.
